Starting my "Tenure Tracking It" Blog

I am Leslie and I am an assistant professor of Communication. I study relationships and human interaction. I started this blog as a way of expressing my thoughts, feelings, and excess energy to hopefully help out others who are also tenure tracking it. My goal is to learn how to become more vulnerable in public settings so that I can learn to become a more vulnerable writer when I decide to write what I want to write.
